In Person
You can get hold of a copy of the Lite Super Product Disclosure Statement from your nearest BankWest branch.
- When you’ve read the Product Disclosure Statement and have made your investment decisions, simply fill in the application form, and
- Then simply hand your completed application to one of the BankWest branch team.
- Please remember to bring in a Certified Copy of your photo ID (information on Certified Copy’s of ID is supplied on page 23 of the Product Disclosure Statement).
